Prakash

Chef

Prakash Pushpakaran Vimala, a native of Kerala, India, began his career at a tourist restaurant as a manager in his hometown at the age of 18. Inspired by his talented Indian friend chef, he began working in a restaurant located in London after relocating to the UK at the age of 20. Prakash landed his first job as a chef at the "Travelinn Hotel" and several restaurants before moving on to become the head chef for company "Mr. Potter".

He felt at home in Brighton and continued to work at several noteworthy restaurants, including "Momma Cherri's" soul food, "Lion Lobster Pub", "Breeze Brasserie", "The New Club", and "La Piazza". He ran a franchise called "The Melting Pot " for almost two years before launched "Wild Lemon".

Pascal

Chef

Pascal Benamari started his studies in Nantes, a city in France, where he spent four years mastering his culinary craft. He traveled extensively throughout the country to learn about its diverse regions and different cuisines. After leaving France he relocated to Canada to immerse himself in the country's culture and mentality. Eventually, he landed a job as a sous-chef at 5 Diamond restaurant "Auberge Hatley" in North Hatley, where he worked for two years.

Subsequently, Pascal decided to move to the UK to improve his English and explore new opportunities. He settled in Brighton, where he worked in some of the city's best restaurants. His passion for the culinary field was so strong that he decided to open his own restaurant. Pascal's first venture was "Pascal Brasserie" in Hove, where he was a partner for three years before opening "Le Nantais Bistro", which has been successful for eight years. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pascal decided to take a short break. He then returned to the industry and created Wild Lemon.
